We specialize in the recruitment and placement of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental office staff. This focus helps us keep up on industry trends and home in on the best opportunities for our staff. We work with offices that have both temporary and permanent needs, so whether you are looking to supplement your schedule or find a new practice on a part-time, full-time, or permanent basis, we have opportunities that may be a fit for you.

Compensation will vary based on the position and the current market needs. We keep a finger on the pulse of compensation trends in our clients’ regions and always strive to pay our staff competitively. We also work with you to negotiate pay rates that are a win-win for the office and staff. So if you’re willing to drive a little farther, work a different shift, etc., there may be additional compensation we can negotiate for you!

We work with dental offices that have permanent positions open and actively recruit for these roles. When going through your introductory interview, we’ll learn about what you’re looking for in your next position and employer, including schedule, culture fit, office philosophy, compensation, etc. When we have an opportunity we think you might be interested in, we’ll reach out to discuss. Should you want to be presented to the client, we do it confidentially and assist with any next steps, including scheduling initial phone screenings, coordinating working interviews, negotiating offers, and assisting with any pre-employment paperwork needed. We help navigate the whole job-seeking and hiring process for you and the office to make it as easy as possible.
