Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in the recruitment and placement of general dentists, specialty dentists, and hygienists.

This focus allows us to direct our resources to these specific candidate pools and have a greater likelihood of finding a quality staff member for our clients.

Complete Dental Staffing is committed to providing highly qualified employees to your company at a competitive price.

The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including market conditions, position recruiting for, skill set, and experience level.

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately.

CDS will discuss the details of the open position, your company culture, and your hiring preferences.

By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee will vary depending on our available employee base and your specific needs.

Every staff member completes a position-specific credentialing process prior to starting work through CDS.

We verify licensures, run background checks, and collect standard documentation required for positions.

Complete Dental Staffing can facilitate additional credentialing and any other background or security checks you may require.

Additional credentialing that has fees associated may be passed through to the client.

Not every job is a fit for every person. Sometimes that is not clear until the person is on the job, which is why we recommend working interviews for many of our clients.

Working interviews provide an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting to determine if you want to hire them. If you are not satisfied with an employee, there is no commitment to hire the candidate.

We also offer direct placement services, and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and service. Our purpose is to take the hiring stress off your team to allow you to focus on what matters most: your patients.

We simplify things for you by developing and running job advertisements, doing the initial vetting of candidates, and facilitating the credentialing process.

For temporary staffing, we ensure compliance by classifying staff as W2 or 1099 staff appropriately on our payroll as necessary.
