Rae’s professional passion is matching dental offices that desperately need help with dentists who are looking for the optimal opportunity. With more than 20 years of dental industry experience, an affinity for creative thinking, and a generally lovely way about her, she can often make that happen!! Personally, she and her husband of more than 30 years are enjoying their empty nest. They love boating, motorcycling, traveling, and visiting their adult children and grand kitties Scottie and Louie.   

Brad has five years of recruiting experience. He enjoys meeting new people and helping them connect with meaningful work. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for friends and family. As an avid sports fan he enjoys all things Wisconsin sports. His dream vacation is to someday travel with his wife to a tropical paradise and enjoy some serious R&R.

Sean’s passion for learning how to best connect with others led him to pursue a career in recruiting. Since that time, he has primarily worked in positions where his primary role is learning how he can best assist you and making it happen. Sean enjoys staying active by biking the lake loop in the summer months or playing basketball. He also enjoys going out and seeing concerts and comedy shows around Madison.

Miranda’s professional background in customer service and business administration has been a big benefit to our operations team. Having her here helps us have more time to do what we are passionate about – finding and connecting dental professionals with premier offices. While you may not get to interact with her much, she’s usually the one behind the scenes sending out our assignment agreement paperwork. Outside of work you can find Miranda in the kitchen cooking or baking. She loves spending time at home with her fiancé and two sons watching movies or playing board games.

Nick has 20 years of combined business experience, with 15 years of progressive responsibility for building impactful recruiting teams. Nick’s collaborative leadership style allows for the team to focus on their strengths, while they continue to learn and follow their passion. Outside of work you can find Nick at the airport pursuing his private pilot’s license, or with his 2 daughters.
