Dental Recruiting Is What We Do
Our founder, Lisa Hartig, purchased her first dental staffing firm, a division of Dental Power, in 2001 after many years of seeing the business from both sides. She understood firsthand the rewards and challenges of working as a temp hygienist. Lisa also spent time on the office management side, where she had faced the staffing and scheduling struggles of an office trying to keep a full, productive schedule.
How Our Business Grew
Because of her industry experience, professional networks, and unrelenting drive, her dental placement agency quickly grew. She eventually changed the name of the firm to “One Call Dental Staffing.” Because of her reputation for quality, service, and knowledge of dentist recruiting, she was approached by a company to bid on a dental services contract for military personnel. This began a brand-new venture into government contracting, which became another division of the company known as Complete Mobile Dentistry where the company focused its services for the next ten years.
Complete Dental Staffing Was Born
In 2015, after ten years of government contracting nationwide, the company had developed a robust network of dental professionals and realized their candidate network could also be leveraged to help the private sector. While the name of the company has changed over the years, our core principles have always remained the same.
