How CDS Delivers Consistent Success

Any successful search begins with a well-thought-out, systematic, thorough hiring process that identifies the best candidates, vets them completely, and keeps them interested from first engagement until they’re on the job and beyond.

Here’s An Overview Of How Our Process Works:


Submit A Request

Send us your request via the Request A Dental Professional form on our website or call us at 608-492-5733. We will call to discuss your specific needs. If you are not already a client, we will send our service agreement and gather additional details about your office.


Ongoing Communication

We keep in touch throughout the search and will reach out immediately when we have a candidate to present. You are always welcome to reach out with any questions you may have throughout the process.


Our Search Begins

Our recruiters will search our extensive talent database for candidates who match your requirements or extend our search externally to identify your ideal candidate.


Identifying Candidates

As we identify candidates, we will do an initial phone screen and vetting. We will share a confidential resume for you to review and decide on the next steps whether it be a phone screen, or a face-to-face or working interview depending on the position. 


Accepted Offer for Direct Hire

The start date is confirmed, we mediate negotiations for pay rates, schedules, etc., and document the offer for all parties.


Accepted Offer for Temporary or Contract Employee

All parties sign our Terms & Confirmations, confirming in writing all the details of the assignment.


Staff Starts Working

Our candidate is committed to helping your practice succeed! 

You will be sent a timesheet to verify hours worked and a weekly invoice is generated after work occurs.
